The 2015 National Forum entitled ‘How Good Are We: Measurement, Evaluation and Outcome’ was a response to funders’ increased focus on getting results and putting resources where they will do most good. Topics in the programme explored ways to help non-government (NGO) providers show their service is effective and making progress for communities or to address challenges if evidence was not available or did not support this view.
